We are looking for a team member with a positive attitude to join our team. This position is full-time or part-time and in-person. We are a super busy, small office. The perfect candidate is someone with 3 years of probate and family law experience. We are looking for a team member who is enthusiastic, detail oriented, dedicated and great with computers and paperwork. The right candidate will be someone who is knowledgeable and excited to join our team on a long-term basis and help us grow.
We assist clients with divorce, probate, estate planning, set up corporations, and various other real estate documents. We need a team member who has the ability meet and explain documents to clients and close deals and collect payment.

Compensation is based on experience and familiarity with court programs and filing systems used by our office. Full time employees will receive compensation which includes a 401K with company matching and premium reimbursement of up to $300 for your own private health insurance plan (apply through Covered California).
