My name is Ellie E. Ortiz. I am a certified mediator and bonded & certified Legal Document Service provider.
I have been helping clients prepare their legal documents and mediate their divorces for over 25 years.
Over the course of my career, I have assisted thousands of clients with their paperwork related to Divorce, Child Custody, Living Trust, Corporations, Credit Repair, Immigration and much more.
Many clients have contacted me after spending tens of thousands of dollars on attorney’s fees, and in a matter of weeks and with some divorce mediation, I am able to complete a divorce that has dragged on for several years.
I have assisted numerous divorcing couples ranging from cases with no children or assets, to complex cases with abuse or estates valued at over 100 million dollars.
In 2007 I had the opportunity to move to Spain with my husband and 3 young children. We spent three years with my husband’s family and traveling around Europe. This gave our children an education beyond that which could be obtained in a classroom. Our children are now grown and their adventures in Europe have become the subject of many college essays.
I served as the Orange County REALTORS® South County Affiliate Chair and the Affiliate Chair for the Laguna Board of REALTORS®. I am also a member of the Newport Beach Board of REALTORS®. I was honored when I was named the Affiliate of the Year! In addition to the above affiliations, I am a proud member of the California Escrow Association, the San Diego Escrow Association and the Orange County Escrow Association.
Our office specializes in helping the public, realtors, affiliates and their clients with all legal documents such as divorce mediation, living trusts, credit repair, out of escrow deeds (affidavit of death, quitclaim, trust transfer), probate, setting up corporations/llc’s, QDRO’s, power of attorney’s, etc. Our goal is to help our clients reach a quick resolution to their legal issues so all parties reach their ultimate goal, which may include getting their property on the market and sold.

Since returning to Orange County in 2010 I have been nominated for the Orange County Businesss Journal, Woman in Business Award three years in a row. I am the Past President of the Woman’s Club of Laguna Beach and a member of Soroptimist International of Laguna Beach.
