Look no further! We’re Laguna Legal, a bustling legal document service, and we’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented, honest, and dedicated paralegal or legal technician to join us. Don’t worry if you’re new to the game – we’ll provide the right training to make you shine!
Here’s what we’re all about: preparing legal documents like promissory note/deed of trusts, deeds, living trusts, divorce documents, and setting up corporations. It’s an essential job that requires someone who loves to learn, can explain things clearly to our callers, and can close deals with ease.
As part of our friendly team, you’ll work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute paid lunch to recharge your energy.
Your role will include a mix of responsibilities like preparing court forms with precision, filing court pleadings, and mastering the court system like a pro. You’ll also get to flex your writing skills by drafting correspondences and other formal documents. Plus, you’ll be the friendly face that greets and assists our clients in person, and the helpful voice that answers our inbound calls.
If you’re a multitasking wizard who loves to stay organized and thrives on attention to detail, then you’ll fit right in. A previous experience as a paralegal, legal technician, or legal document assistant is a big plus, but we’re more interested in your passion and willingness to learn.
Got that Notary Public seal of approval? Awesome! It’s another qualification we’re looking for.
Now, let’s talk perks! Apart from competitive hourly pay, we’re thrilled to offer monthly bonuses based on office sales. And to help you secure your future, we’ve got a 401K with company matching. Your well-being matters, so we’ll also reimburse up to $300 for your private health insurance plan through Covered California.
If you’re eager to be part of our team and grow with us for the long haul, we can’t wait to see your resume. Just shoot it over to team@lagunalegalhelp.com, and let’s get this journey started!
Looking forward to having you on board,
The Laguna Legal Team
